Personalized items cannot be returned. Correct size and spelling are the responsibility of the customer. However if corrections can be made, they will be done so at the expense of the customer. allow 7-14 days for processing. Please contact us before shipping any item. Send your logo to kre8ingyourideas@yahoo.com for a free evaluation. If we determine that your logo is not a complex design, we'll digitize it for free with the purchase of 4 or more products.

The image sent must be at least 96dpi, and you must state what product and material you would like to apply it to. Product purchase is required to receive free logo setup.

Because all of our items are custom we guarantee only our work, not yours. Please be sure of the sizes, colors, and design work before you place your order. All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or we have made a production error.

To prevent mistakes from happening we will e-mail you a copy of your order after check-out. Be sure to review this to verify that everything you have entered/selected is correct. You have 24 hours to make any changes or cancel your order for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
